For orders placed online:

Here at Smash A Cake Brisbane, we understand that circumstances can change for some. We offer a complete refund if you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If you provide us with less than 48 hours notice, we will refund you 50% of your total order amount.

For custom orders: 

In regard to custom orders, if we have outsourced a custom topper or decorations for the cake, we will hold onto the cost of the custom product and refund you the rest of your order. We will post the custom topper or any custom items to yourself once refund has being arranged.
